Christopher Walters

Christopher Walters is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.  His research focus­es on labor eco­nom­ics and the eco­nom­ics of edu­ca­tion, with empha­sis on school per­for­mance at the pri­ma­ry and ear­ly child­hood lev­els.   Christopher has served as a co-author on sev­er­al SEII stud­ies of char­ter schools in Massachusetts.  He received a BA in eco­nom­ics and phi­los­o­phy from the University of Virginia, a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship in 2008, and a Ph.D. in eco­nom­ics from MIT.
