Miikka Rokkanen is a 3rd year PhD can­di­date in the Department of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research inter­ests lie in eco­nom­ics of edu­ca­tion, labor eco­nom­ics and econo­met­rics.  Miikka has been involved in SEII work on elite pub­lic schools.  He is cur­rently work­ing on eval­u­at­ing the long-term effects of sev­eral edu­ca­tional reforms which have taken place in Finland.
