Caroline Chin

Caroline Chin is a master’s stu­dent in Computer Science pro­vid­ing assis­tance to Professors David Autor, Daron Acemoglu, and John Van Reenen. She grad­u­at­ed from MIT in 2016 with a degree in Computer Science. She worked on the Siri team at Apple and in the Analytics team at the American Civil Liberties Union before return­ing to MIT. Caroline’s research at MIT focus­es on the impact of tech­no­log­i­cal change on the labor mar­ket. Her main research inter­ests lie in applied micro­eco­nom­ics par­tic­u­lar­ly in issues relat­ed to inequal­i­ty.
